The Haunted Place

A radiant palace
 Where angels exist
 Lies deep in the valleys
 Of thoughts it consists
 What floating and flying
 The heavens did flow
 And all the thoughts were dying
 A long time ago
 But the times have changed
 In the end all is gone
 Of the king's golden glory
 What is left is a dream
 And an unknown old story
 All the angels cry
 But the tears won't dry

 If wanderers attended
 They once could have seen
 Majestic and splendid:
 The king and his queen
 The angels' sweet voices
 Could heavenly sing
 At them he rejoices
