Way beyond the horizon
 (on the day that I write)
 Our ship lost direction
 We sank into the night
 When the compass had frozen
 And the stars disappeared
 Help us all! – We were shrouded in darkness
 In the starkest of fears
 Out of the shadows – An eerie song
 Waves of seduction – In unison
 Out of the silence – A chilling sound
 Drowning our sorrows – We're going... down
 Save me – When the Sirens are singing
 Save me from the spell
 Save me – When my Spirit is sinking
 Save me from myself
 Our ship gained momentum
 (please believe what I write)
 To the Seas' Inner Sanctum
 As we stole through the night
 Then the darkness was broken
 And the Sirens appeared
 Help us all! – Our crew started screaming
 In the starkest of fears
 Out of sheer terror – Out of control
 Drawn to destruction – We're going... gone
 Save me – When the Sirens are singing
 Save me from the spell
 Save me – When my Spirit is sinking
 Save me from myself
 In my diary's last entry
 (as my last words I write)
 An eternal memento
 Of a maddening sight
 As the music grew louder
 And the Sirens drew near
 Help us all! – In a ravishing vision
 My own future was clear
