Telescope

Sometimes I look around and
 Wonder why
 We are here, you
 Wrapped in life
 And if there's others if there

 Peering back
 High above

 They tried to capture you in light
 Reflecting mirrors in the night
 They tried to reach you through a telescope

 The glimmer from the gold
