 I heard the news today some mother drowned her baby boys
 and then went on TV and cried real tears but it was just a ploy.
 People wonder what went wrong.
 The answer's in this song.

 I heard somebody say, the war in Bosnia just won't go away.
 And all those refugees, and the constant shelling day after day.
 The rape and murdering. It can't be happening.

 And now when I go home I watch the news on CNN
 And I remain unfazed when another ten year old gets shot again.
 It doesn't bother me.
