Deceiving Me

This city it never looks the same to me
 The oceans, the sidewalks, go on so endlessly
 The one thing I do remember, is the way she looks at me
 Like raindrops, or the waves when they crashed, I recall so vividly
 I am not taking this lightly, is my mind deceiving me?
 Is this all just make believe? Is my mind, is my mind?
 Is it real or just a dream, deceiving me?
 I stop and I look out, I hear voices, they are telling me
 Don't ever stop searching you'll be fine it's just a memory
 Lavender, it grows like jasmine or pink roses
 A garden, an ocean, am i drowning in a mystery?
