Perfect Sunrise

It seems like it never works out in the end
 But it's not like you've never been scarred
 Keep walking by and you keep asking why
 In the world are you trying so hard

 On a perfect world and this will all be mine

 And if God wants to punish you
 he'll answer your prayers
 How many lifetimes will we waste away?
 How many prayers do I have to say?
 How many dreams are gonna have to burn?
 How many lifetimes does it take to learn?
 For anybody?
 So you've lost all the trust that took years to collect
 And you've lost all your dignity
 The dreams that I've locked in my head are all gone
 And I wonder what's happening
 But everyone cries and you finally decide
 That you just can't give in anymore
 And in that moment you realize
 That this has happened once before...
