There is no death

 Despair descends over my consciousness
 Murdering its delusion
 Seeped in futility denying pain
 Never to reprise mortal naivety, unchained
 Indomitable fate confluent with free will
 The resistless struggle
 Disabused in its disaster to discover
 Life's apogee is the embrace of death, of the self
 Liberated will beyond the bounds of flesh
 Sated of carnal wonder
 That hungered for experiences manipulating matter
 And considered itself without
 Pure abnegation quiets the mind's chatter
 Dissolved into silence its prejudice forgotten
 Desire resolved in beatific ambivalence
 Of a body forsaken to the earth
 To savage and decompose
 A mere avatar
 The abandoned elaboration of my soul
 My life is energy
 That is neither created nor mortal
 My life is eternal
 There is no death
