Reverse Birth

A low hanging, luminous construct
 Suspended between the soil and the sky
 Dragging with it the vast coldness of space
 Harbingers
 Celestial harvesters
 Our former masters have made their mighty return
 Our particles, the populous all rendered meaningless
 Outstretched, armored extensions
 Uplifting, impaling the slaves
 A morbid extraction of marrow
 Their genetic coding to be reclaimed
 A vow to collect on our galactic debt
 The price paid for squandering this great gift of life
 The weight of this world was never truly ours to bear
 Held captive by the constant measuring of time
 Fooled by these temporary solar rotations
 Unholy machinations begin to inhale
 Eviscerate all physical form
 A universal silence is once more restored
 Inversion of the moon and the sun

 Predilection unto the abstract
