We already used what was left of our serotonin
 Never really noticed always hung up in the moment
 Now it all feels wrong because you're missing honey
 And I know that I'm not one to run
 It's just everything around me is getting boring
 So I'll make the trip to Connecticut
 And buzz my head because its been minute
 Since I've had space to unwind
 At least now I know what love feels like
 Standing in the checkout line
 I'll make sure I get by
 And honestly it feels kind of nice
 Knowing that I got to be that
 At least once before I die
 But as of now I'll fake a smile and clean up nicely
 Make sure to brush my teeth and fold up all the laundry
 Coz I've bit real hard on my tongue thus far
 Attest to broken strings on my guitar
 I need to keep on pushing on or I'll get lonely
