Beyond the Meadows of Fire

Meadows of fire come to me and sweep these lands
 Rid the lives from the dark cold embrace
 And I shall rise in the sky as the darkness now follows me in the night
 Shadows lay still across this land waiting to strike the heart
 The icy fields melt away the sun peaks today
 The fire now burns the scars onto me
 Here I lay, lost in dreams so far away
 Far away from home
 The stars shine so bright in the sky beyond the meadows of fire
 And now I feel the blood in my veins flowing through streams of life
 The night is here to consume the light and turn back the time into the dark
 I no longer wander these lands as falling ice shatters the path to sorrow
 And now I see the light drift away from me into the heart of life
 The once known fire
 The one who burned the trees
 Containing all the sacred memories of me
 Shining lights of fallen stars caress this cosmic sky
 Above we sail away from distant lands now to be
