When we were children

Many centuries
 Holy sword has been running free
 Through the roses with blood and tears
 Through the souls the eyes and ears
 When we were children
 Around in circle we shared our dreams
 By the river in the spring
 Surrounded with apple trees
 On the other side of the river roses grew
 On the day when the sky was blue
 On the river roses float
 On the old stone our names we wrote
 We were children of bravery
 We were impious children of affinity
 We could hear the call of the dragon in the night
 In our dreams he would come
 Take us all on a flight
 On a journey through the velvet sky
 Into the wonderland
 We were children we were impious
 We were bound by nature obedience
 We could hear we could see
 The dreams that we used to share
 In the sky of the velvet night
 We could see the fairy light
 Of imaginary wonderland
 The land of our dragon friend
 Nature fidelity Benevolence liberty
 Impiety Love affinity
 Faith of deity Hate captivity
 Faith of deity Belligerans slavery
 When we were children we used to play
 By growing up we learned to pray
 Our prayers were not the same
 Future enemies we became
 We were only children then
 Today we are religious men
 We pray death to those who dissent
 We are blessed by the lord of our faith
 While the years were passing by
 Holy voices were calling us
 Into the division World of god
 With many voices and many lights
 Hither and thither we divide
 We could no more see the fairylight
 The dragon never called us again
 The end of dreams of wonderland
 Hither and thither we all went
 Tears of the dragon for the end of dreams
 For the old stone lying broken into pieces of many
 In the distance between us blood is running
 Roses are dropping their leafs and dying
 Day by day we learned to pray
 Into the world of darkness we came
 Nature gave us air to breath
 Gave us roses love to give
 Religion gave us holy books
 Gave us darkness gave us doom
 We are children we are impious
 In affinity we want to live
 Please do not turn off the
 Light of fairy in the sky
 Please do not make our friend
 The dragon cry
