Losing Touch

Wake up every day, go to work by the time the weekend comes I am burnt out
 Got nothing to talk about
 Life's dull, boring game goes on and on and on but we all lose the same
 We can't start again
 Growing up really isn't that easy
 Lose touch, friends hardly ever see me
 I used to think that I'd leave this town
 Now I wish I had more time around
 I'll take my time back and I'll go back to when I
 I didn't have a clue
 If I could take an extra day off a week I'd
 Have some more time to share with you
 Sometimes I think why didn't I take the other choice?
 It would have been the better one
 But I'd still be jealous of some
 If it could all just go the other way
 I swear I won't look round and wish to go back again
 Just take me to the end
 My head is like a pendulum swaying from the good to the bad side
 But never on the inbetween
 I used to think that I'd leave this town
 Now I wish I had more time around
