There lay a little village, somewhere to the east
 The destined site of Angelsbane's release
 She was a local healer, never doing harm
 Performing little tricks and weaving charms
 But she was a fool who wanted more
 Not knowing what she was looking for
 The power that beguiles
 Magic; old and vile
 Fatal for the soul
 Darkness takes control
 Sanity dies, where Black Magic lies
 One day as she opened, scrolls of long lost lore
 She found a passage never seen before
 She spoke the words that never, ever should be said
 Awakening what the world once deemed as dead
 The magic call flew through space and time
 In an instant he entered her mind:
 "Awake now my child for I need you
 Listen inside and hear what you must do"
