Upon the Throne of Skulls

Inside the palace, of an evil man's dream
 The court assembles, to hail their new king
 He strides with grace, across the palace floor
 To take his place, upon the Throne of Skulls
 Deep in the chalice, through the fire and steam
 The vision clears (brought forth by blood offering)
 He sees the face, of the one who'll take his blood
 And take his place, upon the Throne of Skulls
 The demon rages, "This vision is a lie"
 And breaks the chalice, with one mighty strike
 "I killed them all, drowned on the ocean floor
 To gain this hall, and build the Throne of Skulls"
 "Through all the ages, not a soul could defy
 Black death's own Goddess, and her silver pike
 The Nine Ones' fall, aided by the demon god
 Now hear death's call, out of the Throne of Skulls
 A skull-clad throne - black altars of stone
 So many have died - bones crucified
 A flesh offering - to the unholy king
 Wasting men's lives
 In the reign of the Black Knives!
 Priests of the slaughter, from their work there's no rest
 To find and kill him, "the bringer of death"
 Blood dyes the lands, it flows forevermore
 For dread commands, upon the Throne of Skulls
 He rapes his daughter, a God's justified incest
 To breed a new race, born of hatred and death
 His house now stands, on solid ground of black blood
 Hark! Hell demands, "obey the Throne of Skulls!
