Dream

It's pouring rain, yet we're still in a drought
 there's a monster in my skin, and I can't get it out
 but you've never failed before, so I'll keep trusting you
 Guess what I need is more patience and time
 was once abundant, somewhere along the lines
 I lost control after losing a duel
 to a warrior who's eyes gleamed like the summer sky
 I'm not a loser

 But before I do
