Called by the Gospel to gather this people of God
 Called to embrace all communities here into one
 Broken and bonded by pains of the past
 Striving to fashion a love that will last
 We call on the Spirit of God to open our hearts
 Come, Spirit of Wisdom and Light
 Come, Spirit of Consolation
 Come, Spirit of Strength, fire of Love
 Come, bathe our darkness in light
 Come, reveal what will liberate us
 Make of us one
 Come, Holy Spirit, come
 Carry the cross now and bring down the Word of the Lord
 Lighten the pathway and celebrate the Spirit come forth
 Come set the table with gifts of the earth
 Pray for this moment to mark our rebirth
 And call on the Spirit of God to open us more
 We open our hands, prepare to receive
