The Gift

Faith is a substance of things hoped for
 The evidence of things not seen
 I have learned that faith lives beyond natural senses
 You can't see it, touch it
 You just gotta know that you have it
 See, life has taught me
 We must have faith in order to please the Lord
 There will be days of doubt
 When no one pat you on your back
 But you have to stand tall in faith
 Look in the mirror and say
 Today I'm gonna encourage my own self
 It may not be compensated
 You may never every get a compliment
 But be not weary in well of doing, for in due season
 You will reap if you faint not
 And when that harvest comes
 When it comes
 You will throw your hands up in the air and you'll say
 I feel seasons everywhere
 I feel blessing in the air
 And you'll smile
 And you'll walk into all of your seasons
 The promises of God are just like the air
 They're everywhere
 All you got to do is breathe
 And say like David say
 I have never seen a righteous forsaken
 Nor his seed go begging bread

 I like living this kind of life
 Yo, this is a blessed life
 God rised the end of the story
 Even before the beginning
 You are evolving into you greatest yet to be
