All Seeing Eye

Depicted as the father of Gods
 Who ruled the created world
 Now Ra has grown frail
 Has no strength to carry on
 The mortals murmured against him
 To seize the throne
 Ra's anger blazed forth like never before
 Summoned the Eye
 The Eye of Ra
 Hathor came down to earth
 To put the fear of God into them
 Her rage created Sekhmet to destroy them
 Sekhmet unleashed her powers
 To destroy all of mankind
 The plotters fled to escape their punishment
 Scared of her rage they had no place to escape
 Hathor who turned into Sekhmet could not be stopped
 In vain begged for mercy
 Denied their pain, the prayers and screams
 The fury had to be stopped
 Ordered all to the city search
 For the ochre they could find
 Red soil dipped in wine fed to control her Rage
 Enchanted by her own reflection
 In the crimson surface
 She drank the pool dry
 Her head whirled not knowing why
 So mankind was saved
 The time was drawing near
 For Ra to leave the earth and rule
 Forever in the heavens
 Sekhmet changed to Hathor
 And Slept in her father's feet for many days
