A Journey Unfolding

If we're gonna do this
 There's some things I need to know
 Are you in it for the long run
 Will you bare your heart and soul
 Because it's easy to commit
 To the fun and rosy parts
 But so many of us run when
 Things start getting hard
 It's not my job to fix you
 Make you happy, feel complete
 No that is yours alone to handle

 Can we agree to let them go
 Leave all that isn't serving
 Our expansion and growth

 That we can only meet each other
 As deep as we've met ourselves

 We have taken human form
 With shining crowns of light
 And our feet down in the soil
