Different Day

Colder wind has blown
 In places i have gone
 But winter still seems run just as long
 The higher up my shoes,
 The deeper in the snow;
 A trodden road is no where i should go
 Before you tear it down,
 Build it up again;
 Someone behind you could be your friend!
 The legends that i read
 In the books i burned kept me warm and nightmares out of my head
 coursing down the road
 on our seperate ways
 going the same place
 on a different day
 I stay warm by the fire.
 It keeps me safe at night
 And keeps the demons in me out of sight.
 They stay in the shadows
 Where it's too dark to see
 And I never know where ever I'll be
