I Won't Let You Go

I'm best at burning bridges
 When all I want to do is make a difference
 No rest for the wicked
 Sitting around won't do anything
 I can't go another day of leaving loose ends left wide open
 It's cutting deep, I'm losing sleep
 I've got the scars to show it
 Are you aware I'm not going down that road again
 I've gotta get this off of my chest
 Pushing and pulling I'm tearing at the seams
 Is anyone out there listening to what I have to say
 I won't waste away
 I know I've been given the chance to prove myself over and over again
 When something doesn't feel right it tears me up inside
 It's time to lay these broken bones to rest
 I'm not getting any younger
 I only dread the day that the stress built bursts into flames, filling my veins.
