It's been quite a while
 Since I've seen you smile
 Is everything okay now?
 I see you've changed your style
 I haven't seen these friends before
 Sounds like you've got plenty more
 Didn't think you were the type
 Til you met this other guy
 And I know it's not my place
 But I saw him yesterday
 And I thought he recognised me
 But then he turned away
 Does he know what we used to be?

 Call me unfair
 It just seems a shame

 Plans to go places but never the time

 I know I made mistakes
 At times it wasn't great
 We said we'd make it through
 Though I guess now it's too late
