Ghosts

I woke up in a fervour,
 I slept with the lights again.
 It was too dark to see shadows,
 well I could still hear them.
 You asked me what was the matter,
 I said it's time to go outside.
 I hear ghosts passing over,
 You said baby, we better walk.
 We took a walk in the forest, got a bottle for safety.
 I thought I saw one to the left of me,
 You said no baby, that's a tree.
 Your face, it glowed in the moonlight.
 Your eyes got lit by the moonlight.
 And they came from the dark,
 in a transparent glow.
 And the seas could be heard in their footsteps of old.
 And they only asked us for a chance to talk.
 And you said baby do you wanna walk?
