I watched you fly on the rides at Coney Island
 The wind was biting
 The sky was red burnt
 You looked just like birds overhead
 You took polaroids of a man proposing
 Everyone was applauding
 Arcade machines sang on
 As night turned to dawn then to light
 I was weak and tired
