You and I took a sail in the deepest night

 We couldn't see, how did we ever miss this
 As the silence broke the chains of our fears
 We were overwhelmed far beyond our years
 In that moment we were saved beyond the grave
 By the tears of the weeping moon
 Tired minds kept us looking beneath the sea
 Searching for the truth we thought should be
 But every shard of glass that cut the light
 Would penetrate my mind to make me see
 That i might search forever
 Then my anger breathed a life to the insanity
 And the blood became a simple beast
 In flash I saw the weight of the world
 In the arms of the weeping moon
