Manifest destiny
 Dogmatic fantasy
 7 trumpets fall on 12 deaf ears
 Moral constructs of one bad day
 Fall to ambiguity
 Futility of human existence
 Fictionalized morality
 The punishment for truth
 Is what gives impunity
 To those that lie
 To forge the will of those that dwell above
 New sights of torment
 New sights beneath
 Behold unsightly beast

 Self induced propelled
 Seeking out unsightly liars
 Were truth and torment were once held
 Father appear in vengeful form
 As we sought devotion

 Sharp tongues were severed
 Renounce verses took his toll
 Drunk with desire to feast on their control
 A glance above the abyss
 Sought a challenge he'd remiss
 Like calmed whore seated in front row
 Branded abhorred
 I need you to tell me what paradise is like
