Dandelion

Hopping from train to train
 If I lean on the window pane
 Or sleep against the headrest
 It's always just the same
 Crossing from road to road
 If I jog under the pouring rain
 Or gaze up at the cotton clouds
 It's always just the same
 Same view
 Same sight
 Wake with sun and sleep with night
 It almost feels each day is stuck in time on rewind
 I'm nothing but a dandelion
 Soaring and flying
 Aimlessly tired
 When I'm not even trying
 I just wait for a breeze
 I can't go from A to B
 Pretending I'm carefree
 But if I talk honestly
 I want something to change
 Doo doo doo doo
 A different kind of pace
 Doo doo doo doo
 Shifting from left to right
 It's a never ending game
 Too difficult to get yourself out of bed
 It's always just the same
 Same view
 Same sight
