The time is near and I can't wait to meet you
 I know you're right here but it's still hard to reach you

 Limbs are recognized, spine is straightened, eyes have opened
 Human characteristics but where the statistics
 Of them aware their parents were preparing to miss this
 The pain will remain after intravenous sedation
 A shame a child's called an inconvenient occasion
 To the women who've experienced the tragedy of shunned birth
 It's hard to paint a picture of your agony in one verse
 I'm not here to recreate the moment
 But say that your mistake can be erased in the atonement
 It won't change the past but He can take the guilt
