Glorious Days

well i was born in yhe 60's in the grey year of make belive
 when the flowers rulde the world.
 
 and i grow up in the 70's when the shepper was a gold i have
 but i ditten have a care i this world.
 now
 i sit and wonder where they went
 the glorious days

 I used to fight with my little brother
 about almost anything
 we shared the same small room
 telling storys at night

 still hear my mama call.
