Looming Black Apparition

Ghostly pale in the glow of the trees
 Haunted by spirits of the past
 Hovering cold mist covering the air
 With the cackle of the crones in darkness
 A suffocating apparition draws near
 Only the semblance of its dark aura present
 Its essence can be felt all around
 With the eerie moon glowing
 Spectral embers flickering the death of night
 With the black funeral march procession
 Death bell tolls in the witching gloom
 The last breath of man, a sigh in the witches death breath
 Chanting and schizophrenic screams in anguish
 All telepathic visions are opened to the void
 This lost spirit dwelling in the forest
 Remembers all the pain of life before
 Now ready with skeletal hand reaching out
 To take my life away
 To the distant evil plane of nightmares
 I have often reached deep in my subconcious
 Maybe a soul as lost as mine will purgate
 In the dark forest, with all possession at hand
 In the nocturnal glorious nights of melancholy
 And the lonely spirits who dwell there
 This black apparition which looms in the trees
 Outside my rotten hut, a doppelganger of my
 Future existence in pain, in loneliness seeking
 Through the bushland at one with nature and night
