Haunting great plaines of waste among the ocean
 Plastic bags pierce into the deep
 The starving waste, the floating carcass falls
 Washing up entombed upon the beach
 How can I watch and be so careless
 How can I watch a world so ignore the seas
 What shall I do to stop the torturing of waves
 How can I hear the voices of the sea
 Hunger, the world, of endless, disease
 Cruelty and pain we've cast to the oceans
 Our distain for the planet we breathe
 All the hunger, can't buy out their oil
 All the shame, can't displace the guilt

 The warning of a world to come
