The Fear

It comes in the night it comes in the day
 No matter where I go I'll never get away
 A serpent wrapped around my neck
 Slowly squeezing the life from my chest
 Gasping for breath, gasping for air
 Needing to run but not knowing where
 The stench of the sweat it fills the room
 I think that I am being consumed by the fear

 Here comes the terror filling my being
 My vision blurs why can't I see
 Something withering flailing inside
 It needs to get out I need to die
 I need to escape get out of this tomb
