I'm getting older now
 As I look around
 I feel I don't fit in
 Saw a guy with a t-shirt on
 And a picture of himself
 I see the kids these days
 They're playing games
 They're walking round with signs
 You can't detach them
 From their talking devices
 When we were young
 Playing in the park
 Frolicking around
 Coming home before dawn
 Me, mom, and dad
 Playing with my sis
 Little did we know
 All the things that we would miss
 I went out for a drive
 I looked outside
 I passed right by this house
 Saw a dog sitting on the lawn
 With a chain around its neck
 I saw a guy come outside
 Tank top on
 A smile on his face
 I looked at him
 He looked at me
 He went away
 When we were young
 Playing in the park
 Frolicking around
 Coming home before dawn
 Me, mom, and dad
 Playing with my sis
 Little did we know
 All the things that we would miss
