We were all once sinners lost in the world-looking for someone to follow
 For someone to help us grow and fulfill our desires
 Unable to find someone, we wondered like lost sheep without a shepherd
 Desperate and alone
 Yet in all our isolation and desperation Christ died for us
 He set a path
 Giving us pastors according to his heart
 Our desire to follow someone was fulfilled
 Our request was granted
 Now that we've been satisfied, let's imply that same grace
 And allow ourselves to be the lead that we once missed
 Let's be the difference that will turn a lost soul's life around
 We as Christians are the salt, we are what brings that added flavour
 That light in the darkness
 We're the answer to someone's depression
 The empty vessel that God has to use
 We as the candles need to let our light shine
 So that men may see our good works and glorify God
