The Mountains Weep

Where
 The earth
 Never gives
 Way
 Where the cold
 Winds
 Blow
 Relentless and harsh
 Amongst
 Bloodsoaked leaves
 And withered roots
 I've fallen upon the
 Deepest depths
 I gaze upon
 Forgotten idols
 Witness their
 Suffering
 Lifeless in
 This light
 The
 Mountains weep
 Past the endless roots
 Of the mountains
 A depriving abyss
 Beneath it all
 Slither ever deeper
 Down towards the depths
 Where truth decompose
 And illusions wither
 Towards the hollow emptiness
 Where I linger
 I've fallen through the depths
 Past the endless roots
 It's here
 That I strive
 Digging deeper
 Feed
 Of my will
 Bound in the
 Roots
 I pick up
 The pieces
 As it all crumbles
 Trying to keep it from
 Falling apart
 Remembering
 It
 As it was
 Their suffering
 My burden
 Lifeless in
 This light
 The Mountains weep
