Suicide Forest

I witness the decay
 I watch it turn from life to grey
 I gather crumbs of bliss
 I curse myself for wanting this
 Some say life should be cherished
 As if it were a gift, brought to you and no one else
 Who built this lie?
 I live beyond your sight
 I bear the voice of silenced cries
 I hopelessly descend
 I long to face the end
 There is a place away from this, where I belong
 I leave the past behind and journey across the seas
 Along the mountainsides enfeebled, I exceed
 As if predestined, I can feel it calling me
 The path that waits behind the mist, impatiently
 My destination's at its end and so I kneel
 To let Aokigaharas' force make use of me
 Suicide forest
 Captive, bewitched
 Suicide forest
 Life-ending peace
 Bound to bear the chains of disbelief I curse my kind
 Death is all I long for as I tread across the line
