I return to see the oak of my youth
 To see the roots swallow her ossuary
 The inlet, the strait and the pristine lake
 My world in past, crestfallen days
 The ever-swaying fields of perennial growth
 Like walking across the rainbow bridge
 A deep-rooted melancholy within ourselves
 Yet I smile in reminiscence of that old song
 Unchangeable zeal
 Everlasting strife
 My soul is formed

 As the midnight sun caresses my complexion
 Njord's gentle breath leads the way
 Through paths less known and beyond
 Again I behold such immaculate sight
 With every passing of the gift of seasons
 Comes the lights from the ones who passed
 Transfixed by their dance of death
 Wherein remembrance dwell
