Cause for Sleep

I am trying to find a way to live
 All I want to do now is sleep
 I feel tired just sitting here
 Simple actions make me drained
 I pay for them for a few days
 No matter how much rest I get
 From this fatigue
 I just need some time out to regroup
 I just hope this time it's enough
 But it never usually is
