Calamity Crawl

The silence spoke to me, coiled in the debris of my freedom
 With a withered tongue reborn from the lair of the serpent
 A tale of tablets of treachery nested deep in skeletal cavities
 And rivers of wisdom filled to the brim with a crimson flow
 Cursed to the flesh, still shackled to weakened strings of skin
 I went through a reversal of principles!
 Written in crimson - the elixiration of suffering
 Written in emerald - the consumption of suns
 Written in black - the putrefaction of spines
 An ancient scripture on a ruined altar
 Foretold the path to the crown; to be won through palter
 Falsehood, deception, guile;
 Bestowed upon me were all means to defile!
 Now, with the wisdom of treachery
 Embedded in my skeletal cavities,
 Calamity over the world will crawl
 As I inflict my visions upon those to fall cursed to the flesh
 Worn thin, I shed my skin to reveal nothingness within
 For I have seen the future beckoning me
 With its withered claws of ruin
 I shred my skin
 Mutilation King...
 Lacerated Lord of Solitude
 The blood in the chalice of man my snakeoil will dilute...
 Future in sight...
 (I reentered this dismal realm) with eyes on wilt and blight!
 I bleed a restless river to drown the claimants of the crown
 The world I'll bring down, the sun I will gulp; all light I'll devour
 Devour...
 In my royal water, humanity is to dissolve... washed down my indulging crater...
 But first I must dwell within the earth and cultivate my lies... spread them with the flies...
