Christmas Angel

Silent snowfall on the hillside,
 Like an answered prayer,
 Here we're sittin' by the fireside,
 In our funny easy chair,
 This old house has,
 Seen a lot of Christmases before,
 Candles flicker in the window,
 Holly on the door.
 Look around - don't look too far,
 Smiling down to where we are,
 There's a little shining star,
 On the glass it's dancing for us,
