Waiting

Yea I'm sitting and I'm waiting
 And I'm pacing back and fourth got my heart racing that's of course
 My loved one near death and I ask the Lord can you have mercy
 Lord it's been a tough few years
 That we had to endure lost a few peers that we cannot ignore
 God I know you hear me asking Lord but let Your will be done and not mine
 I'm trying to get by stay right don't debate my faith when it ain't right
 When it ain't quite going my way so I hit the highway cruising on a late night
 Trying to get my mind right gotta unwind like my my how time flies by
 What a good life had so many good times
 Now I gotta get back and say my goodbyes now I'm
 Sitting in this room trying to conversate with you
 I guess I'm looking for a maybe
