Temple of Light

I came forth unto the mount of sages
 To raise the four-horned altar
 As dreamt, for the sacrifice of one
 By the horns of the holy
 I stand as one with thee
 By the lamp of thy power
 Self-kindled
 The fair earth I fashion
 As the vessel of first radiance
 Uplifted is the shrine
 In the wilderness
 One flame
 Kindled below for the dominions above
 One fire
 To purge the shells of creation
 One light
 Reveals the seer's way
 The abyssal column I raise
 To the sacred dominion
 Described in flame
 With the word of the all-manifest
 By sign and cipher
 I illuminate the book of flesh
 With the gold-tipped quill
 Bless thou the body of the present moment
 Established in perfection
 The temple of man
 As the dominion of fallen light
 The eyes ordained as the hidden shrine
 Of the black flame
 Extol in procession
 The glory of light
 The black effigies of the earthen retinue awaken
 Perfume and balsam of the desert coffers
 By flame and smoke
 Bear forth my hearts own prayer
 Fire of the virgin taper
 Shine as the blood-radiance of my hidden sacrifice
 Noble blood of heresy
 Reveal the effulgent seed
 Of infernal emanation
 Insatiate seed of my desire
 Enflesh the dark children of the aether
 By the horns of the holy
 I stand as one with thee
 By the lamp of thy power
 Self-roused
 All I see I claim as mine!
