Mayhem
 The blind fools saw nothing
 Lulled to sleep by naive dreams
 But the beast lay waiting underneath
 A shallow surface
 Now the fires ravage
 Brother slaying brother again
 The weak don't understand
 And they are wiped out
 Why they choose hate we don't understand
 Why does Utopia burn
 Why is paradise torn down and from within
 This was the dream. The past was erased
 But now the slaughter reigns
 The center collapses, the foundation breaks

 This is me beaten and bruised

 My flesh screams, tortured and used

 I cry and I pay
 The slaughter
 Of innocence began today
 They've taken to the streets
 The law is opposed and retreats
 The killing commences
 Mass executions
 The bodies stacked high
 Are put to the flame
 A child cries, a carcass fries
 Heaven crashes
 And falls

 That which was you

 The laws of war
