When They Had Prayed

I believe there is power in prayer when we call upon the name of God
 And we need not forget to pray while on this journey we trod
 Great things start to happen when we call on the name of the Lord
 Just like they did in the upper room when their hearts were in one accord
 When they had prayed, the whole place was shaking
 When they had prayed, the Holy Spirit met with them
 When they had prayed, the Lord moved with compassion
 They spoke the Word with boldness
 Great power on them was laid
 Everyone in the house was changed when they had prayed
 I pray when I rise in the morning
 Before I eat and when I go to bed
 I whisper a humble prayer, thank the Lord for all He has given
 But sometimes I get to praying, the Lord moves in a special way
 Just like He did in the Lion's Den, when Daniel began to pray
