It's one step forward, and two steps back
 In this maze gotta find a way through intact
 Yeah life comes you, who knew it's this fast

 Distracted by dissatisfaction
 Recursive, my purpose in life is still lacking
 Time passing, my mind is whip-lashing
 Misguidance killed the fire in this, of this passion
 Dig a track on a path to be discovered
 Wishing for a clean route but oh it's so cluttered
 Submerged in all directions like colors on a mural
 The word is "priority" and know it isn't plural
 Wanna be immortalized, sorta like those ordered 4-quarter guys
 Bordering on sure to rise and heavily disorganized

 Requests for my attention had me super hyperventin
 Pulled in all directions, so I focused my intention
 Fear of missing out had me overly extended
 Discarded so much madness to overhaul the method
 I see it all the time, how we take it day to day
 Never will unwind so it never fades away
 Embracing what's essential don't go back into the fray
